An energy assessor will carry out an Energy Performance Report which will give you an indication of your home’s current rating and when you install solar PV panels you’ll be provided with an up to date EPC – and if you need more than solar PV to get to a band D you’ll also be advised what product will be able to help you achieve this, for example by installing loft and cavity wall insulation or ‘A’ rated boilers along with a range of other products.
